Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments and evaluations to understand clients' challenges and design effective, tailored treatment plans.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual and/or couples therapy, helping clients make positive strides toward their mental well-being.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques suitable for each client’s unique needs, promoting personal growth and emotional resilience.

• Collaborate with colleagues through regular staff meetings and clinical supervision sessions to continuously improve treatment approaches.

• Set and monitor therapeutic goals in partnership with clients, ensuring that progress is tracked and celebrated.

• Deliver teletherapy options for clients who prefer or need remote access to mental health services, ensuring convenience and accessibility.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this position, you will work with a diverse client population, including both adults and children/adolescents experiencing various mental health challenges. Your clinical focus will encompass individual and couple dynamics, enabling you to develop interventions that not only target specific issues but also foster relational healing and understanding.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active LMFT license to practice in the state of Georgia.

• A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $101,000 per year, commensurate with experience and productivity, alongside a sign-on bonus to welcome you to the team.
