Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse populations, including couples, children, teens, and families, with a specific focus on serving clients from varied backgrounds, particularly clients of color and the LGBTQIA community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of 2 years of full-time counseling experience within a mental health setting.

• Experience working with a range of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, with sensitivity to cultural differences.

Compensation and Benefits\n
