Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that align with their personal goals.

• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based practices to promote therapeutic progress and healing.

• Utilize virtual therapy tools effectively for teletherapy, ensuring that clients receive consistent, high-quality care regardless of their circumstances.

• Collaborate with colleagues during staff meetings, group supervisions, and individual sessions with team managers and clinical supervisors to enhance clinical competencies and treatment strategies.

• Maintain accurate and meticulous documentation of client treatments and progress, adhering to ethical standards and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current state-issued LMFT licensure.

• A minimum of two years’ full-time experience in a therapeutic role, with a focus on couples therapy, family dynamics, and children's issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
