You will have the autonomy to manage your caseload, allowing for anywhere between 10 to 30 billable hours of therapy weekly. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and provide short-term psychotherapy to clients presenting with a range of mental health disorders.

• Utilize various psychotherapeutic modalities, including crisis intervention, cognitive behavioral therapy, and family therapy, to deliver tailored treatment plans.

• Engage in regular supervision and consultations with licensed psychologists and other interdisciplinary team members, focusing on assessment and treatment planning.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation through electronic health records, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

• Foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients, facilitating open dialogues that enhance treatment progress.

• Collaborate with educational institutions and community resources to provide comprehensive support for clients and their families.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
