Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and provide tailored short-term psychotherapy for various client modalities, including individuals, families, and groups.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities to assess treatment effectiveness and apply appropriate interventions.

• Engage actively in professional consultations with multidisciplinary teams, consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate care and ensure optimal client outcomes.

• Maintain ongoing documentation of therapy sessions, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to established clinical guidelines.

• Participate in regular team meetings, contributing to departmental planning and quality management discussions, focused on enhancing service delivery.

• Develop crisis intervention strategies for clients in urgent need, coordinating care plans that may include referrals to psychiatric services.

• Provide psychoeducation and supportive resources to clients and their families about mental health disorders and treatment options.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
