Marketing Coordinator

Are you passionate about marketing and eager to contribute to a vibrant team in the heart of New York City? We are seeking a dedicated individual to support our marketing initiatives for a six-month temporary position. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and onsite at our bustling NY office located at 420 5th Avenue.
Responsibilities
- Execute tactical marketing deliverables, including tracking and communicating production status to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate approvals and consolidate feedback for strategic decision-making.
- Maintain marketing calendars and manage creative asset deliverables across various touchpoints.
- Support host/leased business, local/mall, and event activations.
- Collaborate with the marketing director, manager, and VP to develop project briefs and campaign recap presentations.
- Align with global content team, product planning, host operations, and store communications.
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience in marketing, media strategy, and production.
- Strong project management skills.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience (flexible).

- Strong attention to detail.
- Action-oriented and able to work independently.
- Proven ability to contribute effectively in a team setting.
