Maintenance Specialist

Labcorp

Labcorp seeks a Maintenance Specialist for its Research Triangle Park facility to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on building systems, lab equipment, and grounds. The role involves HVAC, plumbing, electrical repairs, equipment calibration, and documentation in a Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule.

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems
Repair and test lab equipment, perform calibrations, and troubleshoot production issues
Conduct daily inspections, record environmental data, and manage preventative maintenance schedules
Establish calibration and maintenance procedures; create plans for new equipment
Assist with grounds keeping and facility upkeep as assigned

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
HVAC trade school certification preferred; 5+ years HVAC experience preferred
BAS and CMMS systems knowledge
Ability to lift 50 lbs; pass color blindness test
Strong computer skills and written/oral communication
