Our client is a boutique financial services firm in Kansas City, known for providing personalized attention and tailored solutions to their clients. They are looking for a driven and fully licensed Advisor to join their team. This individual will spend 75% of their time seeking out new business opportunities and 25% servicing existing clients. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a boutique environment and understands the value of building long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the firm’s client base Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their financial goals and needs Provide exceptional service to existing clients, offering personalized financial solutions Present and explain financial products, such as investment and retirement plans, to potential clients Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery Handle client inquiries and concerns, ensuring satisfaction and trust Maintain a positive mindset and resilience in the face of rejection while continually seeking new business leads Qualifications: Licensed with the Series 7 and Life & Health Insurance Proven ability to generate new business and build lasting relationships Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a boutique firm environment and appreciate a personalized approach to client services Comfortable with rejection and able to remain persistent in pursuit of new business Self-motivated with a strong work ethic $90,000 - $110,000 base salary dependent on experience Total compensation: $135,000 - $185,000 (including performance-based incentives) Boutique firm atmosphere with personalized attention and close-knit team culture Health and wellness benefits package Opportunities for professional development and growth within the firm Seniority level Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Other Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Claire Myers Consulting by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Financial Advisor” roles.
