Choose the Schedule That Works for You! 4-Day Work Week on Day & Swing Shift 3-Day Work Week on Weekend Shift Compressed Work Schedules Mean Fewer Commutes and More Days Off Day Shift (4 x 10s): Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM Swing Shift (4 x 10s): Monday through Thursday, 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM Weekend Shift (3 x 12s): Friday through Sunday, 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM What You'll Do As a Welder/Fabricator, you'll be hands-on with critical components, working from engineering drawings to cut, fit, weld, and finish high-precision parts. You'll play a key role in delivering the quality and reliability our customers count on. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include Cutting, drilling, tapping, and preparing metal parts according to specifications. Reading and interpreting shop drawings and welding symbols accurately. Performing fit-ups, tack welding, and final welds. Flattening, straightening, and preparing parts for powder coating. Grinding and finishing components as required. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area. Collaborating with team members and communicating job progress. Following all safety procedures and participating in safety meetings. Taking initiative to solve fabrication and production challenges. Supporting other production and manufacturing activities as needed. What We're Looking For 3+ years of welding and fabrication experience using GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW processes. Ability to read and interpret detailed blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols. Knowledge of welding parameters, including amperage, voltage, and wire feed settings. Strong layout, math, and measuring skills using both metric and imperial systems. Experience using hand tools, grinders, fabrication equipment, and finishing tools. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Commitment to producing high-quality work while meeting deadlines. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. A collaborative, solution-oriented attitude and team-first mindset. Work Environment This position is based in our indoor fabrication facility and includes physically active tasks such as lifting, bending, welding, grinding, and material handling.
