What You’ll Do Deliver professional, compliant, high-performing F&I presentations Maximize product performance while protecting deal integrity Maintain strong lender relationships and clean funding Serve customers across six of our luxury brands: Audi, BMW, Cadillac, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, and Subaru Represent the Cavender Auto Family brand with confidence and professionalism Bilingual (Spanish / English) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. What Success Looks Like This role is designed for Finance Managers who consistently: Maintain strong PRU and volume performance Achieve 65%+ VSC and Prepaid Maintenance penetrations Deliver exceptionally clean contracts with minimal funding issues Take ownership of performance — no excuses, just results If those numbers excite you instead of intimidate you, keep reading. What We’re Looking For Strong VSC and Prepaid Maintenance penetration track record Experience with CDK, Darwin, Elead, and Excel preferred High attention to detail and compliance discipline Professional presence and strong communication skills Valid Driver’s License with clean MVR Ability to pass background, credit and drug screening The Bottom Line We are building an elite Finance team.
