Duties
You will develop, analyze, evaluate, and recommend improvements to work methods, procedures, organizational structure, staffing utilization, and distribution of work assignments throughout the Command.
You will design, develop, implement, and evaluate new or revised administrative policies, procedures, methods, and information management systems to improve organizational effectiveness.
You will gather information, identify and analyze issues, and develop recommendations to resolve complex organizational problems and implement policies and procedures across the Command.
You will draft correspondence, recommendations, reports, and memoranda related to management and administrative programs and issues.
You will serve as the primary contact for support services, responding to inquiries and coordinating with senior military and civilian officials, federal and state agencies, congressional offices, industry representatives, and other stakeholders.
