Warehouse General Manager

Position Overview CJ Logistics America is looking for key leaders to support our growth across the country. These leaders will enjoy working in a fast‑paced dynamic environment and will have P&L responsibility for one or more distribution centers. In this role you will lead and develop a team of salaried and hourly talent, engaging them to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. Managers are expected to provide the tools needed for success while driving improvements in productivity and efficiency through data‑driven decisions and analytical problem‑solving. You will also play a key role in maintaining customer expectations to ensure orders are delivered on time and to the right location. Position Responsibilities Support, mentor, and motivate managers to drive the success of the team. Lead customer relationships through close daily contact and ensure the relationship is strong. Connect employees to awareness around KPIs, contractual inputs, and budget commitments. Drive cost‑reduction initiatives and continuous improvement activity. Maintain a safe, secure, and productive work environment through self‑audit, building maintenance, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with all support teams to develop plans to meet business objectives. Lead large‑scope projects with site and regional impact. Connect with the hourly workforce and maintain high morale. Partner with leadership to coordinate supplies ordering and maintenance schedules. Lead and engage in site activities and ESG events. Lead and participate in site management meetings and employee round tables. Partner with finance to review monthly financials. Hold monthly safety meetings with the safety committee. Participate and assist in completion of inventory and quality audits. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferred. Proven successful track record in supply chain management. Minimum of 5 years managerial experience. Strong leadership skills with knowledge of all warehouse operations. Customer‑focused with strong customer interaction capabilities. Strong planning, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Salary Range $140,000 – $150,000.
