In this role, you'll evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and track clinical outcomes to support patient progress. You'll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care while maintaining strong clinical and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)

• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care

About

Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
