Support Technician

Pay rate: Month on 1099 Contract: Initially 1 Month Employment Type: Contract Location: Lexington, KY Responsibilities: Deploy, install, configure, and validate IT devices and peripherals. Set up and troubleshoot workstations, printers, scanners, WOWs (Workstations on Wheels), and other clinical/IT devices. Provide hands‑on IT support during the Epic go‑live period. Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, configuration, and deployment issues. Perform post‑deployment stabilization and hypercare support. Coordinate with project teams, site personnel, and end users to resolve issues quickly. Maintain a professional and customer‑focused approach in a healthcare environment. Required / Preferred Experience Desktop, deskside, or field support experience. Printer/scanner installation and troubleshooting. Workstation and peripheral configuration. Basic network/connectivity troubleshooting. Healthcare or hospital IT experience is preferred. Epic go‑live or clinical application deployment experience is a plus. Experience providing hypercare/post‑go‑live support is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
