Senior Revenue Accounting Manager

Mason & Blair, LLC. A premier Accounting and Finance search firm in the Bay area, has teamed with a great client of ours on a search for a Senior Revenue Accounting Manager role. This role is hybrid in San Jose. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of revenue recognition and reporting in a complex, high-volume environment. This position ensures compliance with ASC 606, drives scalable processes, and partners cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Legal, and Finance to support business growth while maintaining strong internal controls. Responsibilities Lead the global revenue accounting function ensuring compliance with ASC 606 Analyze complex arrangements including multi-element contracts, distributor sales, rebates, and other variable consideration Provide insights into revenue trends, margin impacts, and key business drivers to senior leadership and investors Drive digital transformation initiatives to handle high-volume, high-complexity transactions. Serve as the primary liaison with auditors on revenue matters Ensure SOX compliance within the order-to-cash process Lead, mentor, and scale a global revenue accounting organization Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and 10+ years of accounting experience, heavily involved in revenue accounting responsibilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr Mason & Blair, LLC
