Associate/Senior Associate, Strategy AIS

Roles & Responsibilities Perform detailed financial and market analysis to support investment decisions. Build and maintain complex Excel financial models. Screen and evaluate new investment opportunities. Prepare investment committee memos and board presentations. Analyze investment performance, update financial models, and track market activity. Assist in investment closings and due diligence. Support strategic projects for new business development across AIS and the firm. Provide additional support to senior management as needed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred). 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or principal investing—preferably in asset management, financial services, or insurance. Impeccable integrity and trustworthiness; must handle sensitive information appropriately. Self‑motivated with ability to set priorities, multitask, and meet deadlines independently. High attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a collegial, fast‑moving, demanding environment. Creative problem‑solving and strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Compensation Base salary range: $180,000 – $200,000 per year.
