About the Role We're hiring a dependable Vacuum Helper to join our floorcare team. We work in very high-end homes, so we're looking for someone reliable, punctual, and professional. No experience needed—we'll train the right person!
What You'll Do
- Operate vacuums and floor care equipment
- Assist with cleaning, prep, and cleanup on job sites
- Help move and set up equipment and materials
- Keep a clean, professional work area in client homes
- Follow directions and support the crew
What We're Looking For
- Must pass a background check — we work in luxury homes and trust is essential
- Reliable and punctual — being on time is a must
- Clean and professional appearance and work habits
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, bending, standing)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
