Back Bay Staffing Group is seeking a paid Marketing Intern for Summer 2016. Located in the historic Back Bay, we are conveniently located at Clarendon and Newbury, near the Orange Line and Green Line. Please join our award winning team and hone your skills as a business professional. Duties include:

• Assist Management Team with smooth running of Marketing / Sales efforts
• Assist Management Team with resume search database engines
• Assist Management Team with resume preparation including presentation emails to clients
• Assist with scheduling, interviews and follow-up with candidates
• Assist with calendaring all business/marketing activities
• Professional handling of in-bound and out-bound calls and emails
• Assist with website updates, including blog posts
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Skills required:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Social Media
• Excellent people skills
• Attention to detail
