Job Title: Manufacturing Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shifts

Job Description

Join our team as a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician, where you will be the mechanical expert ensuring the smooth operation of production and support equipment. You will perform preventative maintenance procedures and troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, supporting the production team with your expertise.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance procedures on motors, conveyor systems, filling equipment, and other industrial machinery.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment for necessary repairs or adjustments.
• Execute basic electrical duties including replacing motors, switches, and PE.
• Assist with package changeovers on production lines as required.
• Train team members on mechanical processes.
• Focus on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment adhering to ISO Good Manufacturing Practices standards.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baton Rouge, LA.

The pay range for this position is $27.50 - $27.50/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Baton Rouge,LA.
