PrideStaff is seeking a professional and attentive Front Desk Receptionist to support a residential condominium community. This role is highly visible and critical to resident experience. Strong proficiency with Apple (Mac/iOS) products or the ability to learn very quickly, is required.

Unlike a traditional fixed-schedule role, this position's hours are driven by client demand and operational needs . This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for a flexible work arrangement who is ready to step in during peak periods, special projects, or to provide essential coverage for our core team.

Shifts that require coverage: 5:30 PM - 2:00 AM and 9:30PM to 6:00 AM

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors
• Monitor and control building access
• Use BuildingLink to log visitors, deliveries, and incidents
• Operate Apple-based systems (Mac, iPad, iPhone)
• Answer and route phone calls professionally
• Maintain attentiveness and professionalism at the front desk
• Enforce building policies consistently
• Report security or safety concerns

Required Qualifications

• Team Coverage Support: Maintain availability to assist with coverage for peer absences, scheduled time off, or emergency call-outs to ensure continuous front-desk operations.

• Prior front desk or receptionist experience preferred

• Strong working knowledge of Apple (Mac/iOS) products
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
