Location: New York City (Hybrid)
Compensation: Competitive Base + Bonus + ownership stake
A leading NYC luxury residential contractor is seeking a Director of Service Operations to lead and grow its high-end residential service division. This is a senior leadership role overseeing warranty work, maintenance, punch-list operations, emergency service, and ongoing client relationships across some of Manhattan’s most prestigious homes.
This is an opportunity to step into a well-established department with the autonomy to improve systems, build processes, develop staff, and drive long-term growth.
Responsibilities:
• Lead day-to-day service operations and field teams
• Manage scheduling, workflows, vendors, and subcontractors
• Oversee department financial performance and budgeting
• Maintain white-glove client service standards
• Help modernize systems, processes, and operational structure
• Build and strengthen recurring client relationships and service contracts
Qualifications:
• Leadership experience within luxury residential construction or service operations
• Strong understanding of NYC high-end residential clients and expectations
• Experience managing teams, budgets, and operational performance
• Polished communication and client-facing skills
• HVAC/service maintenance knowledge strongly preferred
