Responsibilities

Convert Inbound & Outbound Leads: Follow up on agency-provided leads using our proven sales script and marketing systems to quote and close new business.

Conduct Client Reviews: Consult with prospective and existing policyholders to identify coverage gaps across Property & Casualty (Auto, Home, Umbrella), Life & Health, and Commercial lines.

Deliver Sales Presentations: Educate clients on Farmers product offerings, policy terms, and discounts, presenting custom insurance packages tailored to their needs.

Generate Referrals : Build long-term client relationships and leverage positive customer experiences to gain organic referrals.

Pipeline Management: Track daily call activity, follow-ups, and sales progress using the agencys CRM software.

Requirements

Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in sales, customer service, or retail is a plus, but entry-level applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.

Licensing : Ability to obtain Tennessee Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) licenses within 30 days of hire (All study materials and exam fees provided at 100% NO COST to you, with NO contract required).

Key Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, and a confident, coachable mindset.

Technical Proficiency : Comfortable navigating computer programs, phone systems, and CRM tools.

Background Check : Must be able to pass a standard insurance industry background check.
