Operations Manager Location: Nashville, TN STRIDE Fitness delivers the ultimate full-body cardio and strength experience that hits hard and moves fast. Our 55‑minute high‑intensity classes push you on the tread and the floor, so you get in, go hard, and STRIDE out. We are seeking an energetic and results‑driven Operations Manager to lead our West End location. This role is ideal for someone with sales and operations experience who thrives in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment. Compensation : $18$20 per hour + opportunity to earn commission About the Role The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the studio runs efficiently, delivering an outstanding member experience, and driving community engagement. You will balance sales, operations, and marketing responsibilities while supporting a high‑energy team and strong studio culture. Key Responsibilities Meet and exceed monthly lead generation and sales goals through in‑studio initiatives, community partnerships, and grassroots marketing Build strong relationships with members to maximize retention and satisfaction Manage studio social media content and engagement to strengthen community connections Track KPIs and performance metrics, providing regular updates to the Studio Owner Oversee payroll, supply orders, and retail inventory Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and welcoming for every class Partner with the Sales Director and Head Coach to optimize schedules, promotions, and member experience Foster a positive, motivating, and supportive environment for both members and staff Qualifications 2+ years of operations, sales, or marketing experience (fitness, boutique studio, or wellness industry preferred) Experience supervising and motivating employees Outgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging with the community to generate leads Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales or performance goals Strong communication and customer service skills in person, over the phone, and digitally Passion for fitness, health, and wellness Reliable, professional, and detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (fitness software experience is a plus) $18$20 per hour based on experience Commission opportunities tied to performance Growth potential within a rapidly expanding fitness brand Supportive and team‑oriented work environment Apply today to join STRIDE Fitness West End and play a key role in building a high‑energy studio culture in Nashville. #J-18808-Ljbffr
