Title: Legal Administrative Specialist Location: Oxford, MS 38655 Schedule: Full-time, onsite Monday-Friday Salary: $18.75–$23.75 per hour KMRG, LLC (KMRG) is a federal services company that hires talented professionals to support Government agencies and the communities they serve. We are hiring a Legal Administrative Specialist to join our team and provide onsite support to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Mississippi (USAO NDMS) in Oxford, MS. In this role, you will help keep the office’s daily operations organized and on track by supporting case management, court filings, records, visitor coordination, and other key administrative functions. This position is a strong fit for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a busy professional environment. You will play an important behind-the-scenes role in helping attorneys and staff manage federal cases accurately and efficiently. REQUIRED BACKGROUND Experience providing administrative, legal-office, records, data-entry, customer-service, or similar professional support Ability to perform detailed data entry with a high degree of accuracy Ability to organize assignments involving multiple steps and changing priorities Experience creating, maintaining, and organizing paper and electronic files Ability to review information, identify discrepancies, and correct errors Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office technology Ability to learn Government case-management and electronic filing systems Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional judgment when interacting with visitors, attorneys, and office personnel Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional office environment EDUCATION High school diploma or equivalent required Undergraduate degree preferred LOCATION 900 Jefferson Avenue, Oxford, MS 38655 TRAVEL Travel may be required WORK HOURS Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday TELEWORK Telework is not authorized TRAVEL Occasional official travel may be required with prior approval CLEARANCE Must be a U.S. Citizen CLIENT Department of Justice (DOJ) EMPLOYMENT CLASSIFICATION Employment Classification Eligibility — Nonexempt ****************** KMRG, LLC is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action (EEO/AA) employer.
