HSE Manager

Drax

Drax is seeking an HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental programs at our renewable energy facilities. You’ll develop and implement HSE strategies, ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state regulations, and champion a safety‑first culture across operations. Responsibilities include risk assessments, incident investigations, audits, contractor oversight, and emergency preparedness. You’ll deliver training, track HSE performance metrics, and partner with site leadership to drive continuous improvement that supports safe, sustainable biomass and power generation in a fast‑paced, industrial environment.
