Responsibilities

Engage with potential customers to understand their unique life situations and coverage needs.

Create customized insurance proposals that offer real protection and peace of mind.

Help existing clients review their current policies and make updates as their lives change.

Maintain accurate records of all client interactions within our management systems.

Participate in local community events to build relationships and grow our agency presence.

Resolve client questions or concerns promptly with a focus on empathy and clarity.

Primary Location is Perham, MN with willingness to travel to our Wadena, MN office as needed.

Requirements

Active Property and Casualty Insurance License in Minnesota or willingness to obtain.

Active Life and Health Insurance License in Minnesota or willingness to obtain.

Two years of experience in an sales role preferred.

Strong comfort level with computers and software systems.

Clear and professional communication abilities, both spoken and written.

Dedication to providing helpful and accurate information to every person who calls or visits.

Familiarity with the Perham area and a genuine desire to serve our local community.
