Marketing Office Assistant

Client Overview: Our client, a marketing and brand design agency, is seeking a Marketing Office Assistant to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. Salary/Hourly Rate: $22/hr Position Overview: The Marketing Office Assistant will manage reception and office admin duties, while supporting the Project team with preparing marketing collateral, booking travel arrangements, and proofing documents. The role is Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, and candidates must be flexible to work any 3 days in office (subject to change). Responsibilities of the Marketing Office Assistant: Answer incoming calls, manage incoming/outgoing mail, and greet visitors. Handle stocking the kitchen, order kitchen and office supplies, monitor inventory, and order lunches. Provide administrative support to the Finance team. Support the Project team with booking travel, managing calendars, proofing documents, and organizing marketing collateral for meetings and events. Required Experience/Skills for the Marketing Office Assistant: At least 1 year of internship experience working in an office environment. Ability to speak with internal and external customers in a professional manner. Strong multitasking and prioritization skills are required. Experience using Google Docs a must. Preferred Experience/Skills for the Marketing Office Assistant: Marketing, Social Media, or Event Planning experience is preferred. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree is required.
