About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and make a meaningful difference in their lives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitoring and reporting patient progress and changes in condition
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care
• Participating in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and procedures

Requirements:

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Ohio
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
• 0-2 years of experience as an LPN; experience in a rehabilitation or long-term care setting preferred
