Duties include collaborating with other pediatric providers to diagnosis and determine if surgery is necessary. As well as managing and performing preoperative operative and postoperative care. 24/7 surgeons will have office support staff during the day to triage incoming calls including RX refills. Majority of after hours calls are from Pediatric Emergency Department.
