Purple DriveSalesforce Admin Share Contractual Atlanta, GAOverview:Required Skills4–6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce support/administration.Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and basic configurations.Experience in ticketing systems and ITIL-based support processes.Proficiency in reports, dashboards, workflows, and user management.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.Excellent communication skills to interact with end-users and business stakeholders.Preferred QualificationsSalesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201).Experience with data management tools (Data Loader, Workbench).Exposure to Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Components (basic understanding).Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence).
