Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and organized Warehouse Logistics Manager to lead our team in managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for personnel management, space planning, inventory control, logistics, and transportation. If you have a passion for efficiency, innovation, and team leadership, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. The candidate must have flooring industry experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution
- Plan and optimize warehouse layout, ensuring efficient use of space and workflow
- Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storing, and shipping products
- Develop and implement logistics and transportation strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
- Analyze and improve warehouse operations, including productivity, quality, and safety
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Implement and maintain warehouse management systems and technology
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Bachelor's Degree or 11 years of warehouse experience in the Flooring Industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics
