Client Advisor

Summary Provide exceptional sales and customer service while building and maintaining client relationships through creative selling, client-book outreach, and post-sale follow up. Consistently work to meet and exceed monthly sales goals while supporting selling floor presentation and inventory management. Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales on the selling floor. Initiate and build personal business through client-book, mailings, and post-sale follow up. Establish weekly selling plans and strategies to exceed monthly sales goals. Maintain visual standards and general upkeep of the selling floor. Manage customer repairs and advise clients on fit and custom design options. Assist with inventory organization and maintenance in the stockroom and on the selling floor. Requirements Minimum of two years experience in a luxury retail environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively. Positive, outgoing, high-energy, entrepreneurial and sales-focused attitude.
