On-Site Gas Services Coordinator

What you will enjoy doing* Inthis role you will assist with cylinder ordering including plantcommunication and coordination as well as on site management of existinglocal inventories and remote facility locations. Products include industrial, specialty, lab standard andpossibly medical grade gases. This requires the ability to learn and apply ofCGA, NFPA, DOT and other relevant standards You will support cylinder disbursementwhile following proper handling procedures as required by NFPA 99chapter 9. This also requires physical labor, with cylinders ranging from10lbs to 750 lbs. (Dewar's) Retrieve cylinders in accordance with NFPA 99 chapter 9 handlingrequirements. this also requiresheavy physical labor, with cylinders ranging from 10 lbs to 750 lbs. Perform cylinder billing including plant communication, Accustar Handheld,Cylinder Tracking, and JD Edwards interactions You will interact with customers such as facilities support staff, clinicalstaff, and occasionally facilitity administrators Assist with JD Edwards order entry, cylinder tracking, and order selectioncapabilities Manage inventory for both in-use anddepleted cylinders. Maintaining proper inventory on patient floors isessential for meeting environment-of-care standards You will identify sales opportunities and communicate internally What makes you great Youmust have a high school diploma orGED; additional education or trade skills are preferred You have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectivelywith customers and internal plant teams Computer literacy is required Ability to obtain security clearance to enter refineries and chemicalplants Knowledge of cylinder hases is a significant plus You must be have the ability andwillingness to safely move heavy loadson a routine basis (including wheeled carts which may weigh up to 1200lbs.)
