This position is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex labor data to identify trends, forecast needs, and support strategic decision-making across the organization.What will you do?Develop, maintain, and enhance labor reporting dashboards, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights to management.Conduct in-depth analysis of labor data, including headcount, attrition, productivity, utilization, cost, and capacity planning, to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.Design and implement data models and analytical tools to support various labor-related initiatives and projects.Collaborate with Human Resources, Finance, Operations, and other departments to gather data requirements, define reporting needs, and ensure data integrity.Prepare and present clear, concise, and compelling reports and presentations on labor trends, forecasts, and recommendations to various stakeholders, including senior leadership.Identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of all labor-related data.Stay current with industry best practices in labor analytics, reporting tools, and data visualization techniques.Provide training and support to end-users on labor reporting tools and data interpretation.Support ad-hoc data requests and special projects related to workforce planning and optimization.Various Labor Relations Landscape ResearchOther duties as they may be assigned.How will you get here?Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Human Resources, or a related quantitative field or equivalent education and training.At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, with a strong focus on labor, HR, or workforce analytics.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).Strong experience with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas) for data analysis and reporting.Solid understanding of HR and labor metrics, concepts, and best practices.Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for non-technical audiences.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Experience with large-scale ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.Benefits you will receive while working with Jabil:Along with growth, stability, and the opportunity to be challenged, Jabil offers a competitive benefits package that includes:Medical, Dental, Prescription Drug, and Vision Insurance with HRA and HSA options401K matchEmployee Stock Purchase PlanPaid Time OffTuition ReimbursementLife, AD&D, and Disability InsuranceCommuter BenefitsEmployee Assistance ProgramPet InsuranceAdoption AssistanceAnnual Merit IncreasesCommunity Volunteer OpportunitiesBE AWARE OF FRAUD: When applying for a job at Jabil you will be contacted via correspondence through our official job portal with a jabil.com e-mail address; direct phone call from a member of the Jabil team; or direct e-mail with a jabil.com e-mail address.
