Your expertise will play a critical role in student evaluations, assessments, and re-evaluations, and you will act as a resource to both students and staff. Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist (state requirements apply)
• Experience conducting comprehensive evaluations, assessments, and re-evaluations
• Knowledge of special education laws and regulations
• Strong collaboration skills to work seamlessly with educators, families, and specialists
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in a school environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and interpret psychological and educational assessments for initial and ongoing eligibility
• Provide consultative support to the special education team, assisting in the development of individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Participate in Response to Intervention (RTI) and Multi-Tiered Systems of Supports (MTSS) processes
• Offer crisis intervention and provide recommendations for behavioral supports
• Engage with parents, teachers, and administrators to promote positive outcomes for students
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation aligned with school and legal requirements
