ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2017 and is a small, dedicated team of two who focus on delivering an excellent customer experience every day. I started my journey as a college intern and later became an Agent Aspirant, which gave me a strong foundation and a clear vision for the kind of office I wanted to build.

I'm married, have two dogs, and enjoy running marathons. Staying active and disciplined outside of work helps shape the way I approach the business and support my team. I stay involved in the community as a member of the Rogers Park Business Alliance and serve as an SSA commissioner, working to maintain and improve the local area. ROLE DESCRIPTION

At Nick Kosiek - State Farm Agent, we're looking for a driven and customer-focused Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member to join our growing team. In this role, you'll build meaningful relationships with customers, identify their insurance needs, and provide personalized solutions that help protect what matters most to them.

As a key contributor to our agency's success, you'll combine exceptional customer service with proactive sales efforts to grow our business and strengthen customer loyalty. You'll serve as a trusted resource for both new and existing customers while helping drive agency growth through relationship-building, policy reviews, and product recommendations.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a goal-oriented environment, and is motivated by opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prospect and connect with potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and consistent follow-up.
• Conduct policy reviews and identify coverage needs to provide personalized recommendations.
• Educate customers on insurance products and services, helping them make informed decisions.
• Generate sales through conversations with both warm and cold leads.
• Assist customers with policy changes, account maintenance, and servicing requests.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to support agency goals and contribute to overall growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
• Sales, customer service, insurance, or account management experience preferred.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve results.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable initiating and engaging in sales conversations.
• Leadership qualities and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain the required state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $34,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
