Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 18 months of Respiratory Unit experience.

• Experience with Cerner is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - IU Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - IU Health.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Aya Program - IU Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - IU Health.

Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant specialty experience within the past 3 years. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: - 2 years with 18 months recent ICU.

Required Credentials: - Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program. - Education must be accredited through CoARC and regionally accredited through CHEA.

Special Requests: - Local travelers accepted for allied positions; Indiana residents are considered local. - IU Health will not allow Indiana RNs to work at their facilities. Exceptions include: Periop/OR RNs, allied and ambulatory RN travelers are exempt from this rule. Periop includes ENDO, IR RN, PACU, Cath Lab RN, SDS.

Unit Details: - Adult and geriatric patient population.

Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend. - Every Sat and Sun.

Floating Requirements: - Float between Methodist, University, Fishers, and Morgan.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1
