IT Business Analyst

IT Business AnalystLooking for a Business Analyst to work on a project to make process improvement to infrastructure in order to ensure quicker releases.Resource will work with technical resources to gather requirements and turn those into BRD and FRD.Financial Services experience highly preferred.Resource must be Onsite.Ideal person would have work in App Dev and exposure or work with Infrastructure (DBs and Client servers).QualificationsStrong knowledge of BRDs and FRDsRecognizes strategic implications of problems and issues.Assists in developing initiatives on process/workflow improvements and program/policy changesPerforms complex analysis and is able to resolve issues.Looks beyond symptoms to identify causes of problems and potential trends.Develops and assists in implementing initiatives on process/workflow improvements and program/policy changes.Provides guidance to more junior staff.Knowledge of client servers, web services, Microsoft suiteExcellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Exposure to application development and infrastructureMUST HAVESFinancial/Banking BackgroundExcellent Communication SkillsExposure to infrastructure related and application development projectsKnowledge of SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), DB's, Client-ServerBachelor's Degree in Computer ScienceAll information will be kept confidential.Alexander Hubert MagsalinTechnical Recruiter | TrueBridge Resources/North HighlandView phone number on click.appcast.io
