Role Description The Marketing Associate role at Inhabitr is a full-time, on-site position based in San Jose, CA. The individual in this role will assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including digital and offline initiatives that promote Inhabitr’s FF&E and design solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, tracking campaign performance, creating and updating marketing collateral, and supporting social media and email marketing activities. The Marketing Associate will collaborate with sales and project teams to ensure consistent messaging, gather customer insights, and support lead generation efforts. This role also involves maintaining marketing calendars, coordinating events or promotions, and preparing regular reports on marketing metrics and trends. Qualifications Strong Communication skills for clear writing, presentation, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Market Research and Marketing skills to analyze trends, segment audiences, and support the development and execution of campaigns. Sales and Marketing skills to assist in lead generation, support sales initiatives, and align promotional activities with business goals. Project Management skills to coordinate multiple marketing activities, meet deadlines, and manage campaign deliverables. Ability to work on-site in San Jose, CA and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with common marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM software, social media, email marketing, and analytics tools). Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
