If you bring your full self, challenge the obvious answer, and want to grow with a team that means it - this is your place.Overview:The primary function of the Consignment Manager is to work closely with the business leaders and Sales, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain and suppliers to manage all consignment accounts for Surventis.Job Duties:Facilitate and oversee contract management processes for consignment accounts with support from LegalImplement and manage processes to collect, measure and track relevant metrics in order to assess contract compliance with key contract terms and conditions for all contracts, including product inventory trackingDevelop and manage the contract renewal process evaluating account profitabilityDevelop and manage the expiration notification process for all contractsDevelop thorough knowledge and understanding of each contract; act as the single point of contact for all contract inquiries regarding terms and conditions, obligations, compliance, products, services, rights and deliverables for each contractDevelop contract portfolio metrics, including key usage and profitabilityAssist in identification of reporting tools/solutions to automate contract management reporting and trackingReconcile inventory between customer and SAPPerform inventory audit one per yearRequirements:Ability to take ownership of and focus on critical initiativesStrong business acumen, organizational, planning, analytical, negotiation and conflict resolution skillsMust have proven ability to gather, extract, organize, analyze, and interpret detailed data from a variety of sourcesAbility to take ownership of and focus on critical initiativesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with demonstrated project management skillsProven ability to collaborate with employees at all levels of an organizationTeam player with ability to learn quickly, multi-task, self-direct and appropriately prioritize workloadAbility to communicate effectively, both in verbal and written communicationsWarehouse management experience preferredBachelor’s degree in business or related majorsSalary Range- $95,000-110,000We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, age, citizenship, color, religion, sex, marital status, national origin, disability status, gender identity or expression, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
