Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) considered
- Active or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience in pediatric and school-based settings is a plus
- Familiarity with teletherapy methods and platforms is valuable
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation abilities
- Commitment to creating supportive, individualized treatment plans for diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and implement tailored therapy for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ IEP goals
- Deliver direct and consultative services in-person and/or via teletherapy platforms as required
- Maintain thorough and timely records of evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise on communication challenges and interventions
- Empower students to access their education through improved communication skills
