About the Role Play a vital part in our procurement and warehouse operations, ensuring on-time delivery and accurate documentation. You will serve as a key liaison between suppliers, internal teams, and the procurement department to support mission-critical activities. Responsibilities - Manage supplier relationships and communication to resolve delivery and invoicing issues - Request quotes from suppliers for non-contract parts and place purchase orders - Track and follow up on supplier delivery commitments to ensure timely arrivals - Resolve quality notifications and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution - Maintain accurate procurement documentation and assist with day-to-day purchasing activities Required Skills and Experience - 2-5 years of warehouse support or procurement experience - Strong organizational and time management skills - Experience with supplier management, order tracking, and documentation - Effective communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Preferred Skills - Experience with ERP or purchasing software - Knowledge of quality assurance in warehouse settings - Previous work in manufacturing or industrial procurement - Familiarity with process improvement initiatives Benefits - Competitive pay: $26/hr on W2 - 6-month contract with potential for extension - 2nd shift hours: 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm - Opportunity to develop procurement and supply chain skills - Team-oriented work culture in a growing company How to Apply Ready to take the next step in your warehouse support career?
