Warehouse Associate – Shipping & Receiving (Full Time)

Looking for a job that’s more than just stacking boxes? You’ll work hands-on with high-end machinery and parts while being part of a trusted, long-standing company in the Charlotte/Mooresville area. Every day is different, and every role here matters.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and process daily shipments with precision.
• Unpack and verify incoming machinery & parts.
• Re-pack, build, and crate shipments using power tools.
• Safely operate a forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Help keep inventory organized and accurate.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
• Jump in to support the team wherever needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or related fields.
• Forklift operation experience required (certification preferred).
• Highly detail-oriented with strong observational skills.
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to handle physical workload (lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Dependable, punctual, and capable of working overtime as needed.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
