Quality Control Inspector

We are seeking an early-career Quality Control Inspector for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Manati, PR. This role supports daily laboratory and production quality assurance activities in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on quality testing, sample handling, documentation accuracy, and compliance with established procedures. This is a strong opportunity for a science graduate or quality-focused professional looking to build a career in Quality Control. The position offers hands‑on training, exposure to regulated quality systems, and the chance to work with supportive leadership and cross‑functional teams in Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and laboratory operations. Key Responsibilities: Perform assigned physical and functional quality control tests according to approved procedures and work instructions. Prepare, label, receive, and manage laboratory samples while maintaining accurate records and traceability. Document test results in laboratory records, spreadsheets, and applicable computer systems while following Good Documentation Practices and data integrity requirements. Maintain laboratory equipment, materials, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition. Communicate testing discrepancies, documentation issues, or non‑conforming materials to supervision in a timely manner. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and other departments to support quality and compliance objectives.
