As the sole QA specialist on the project, you will define testing strategies and drive quality standards independently. Accountabilities: The role requires ownership of the full quality assurance process, ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and performance of an AI-based marketing technology platform. Validate AI-powered chat experiences by assessing whether user intent is correctly interpreted and responses generated by language models are accurate and relevant. Design, maintain, and execute comprehensive testing strategies, plans, and documentation as the primary QA owner for the project. Collaborate directly with developers during daily workflows to identify issues, troubleshoot bugs, analyze data and schemas, and validate fixes. Evaluate AI behaviors and continuously improve prompt effectiveness to enhance the quality of generated outputs. Identify potential risks, edge cases, and usability concerns to ensure a high-quality product experience. Communicate testing insights, findings, and recommendations clearly across technical teams. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a highly independent QA professional with strong analytical skills and experience testing complex technology products, particularly AI-driven solutions. Proven experience as a Senior QA Analyst or Manual QA Engineer, with the ability to work independently and take full ownership of quality processes. Previous experience testing or evaluating Large Language Models (LLMs), AI applications, or conversational interfaces. Understanding of how AI models generate responses and experience refining prompts to improve output accuracy. Strong ability to analyze data structures, backend schemas, and technical workflows to support effective troubleshooting. Experience creating structured test documentation, test cases, and quality assurance strategies. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate proactively with developers and cross-functional teams.
