Our growing, multi-office dental group is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our practice in Erie, PA. Compensation Base salary of $200,000 annually Earn up to $700,000 annually based on production Guaranteed daily rate during your first 6 months Transition to a competitive percentage-of-collections compensation model Immediate access to a full patient schedule and established patient base Benefits & Perks Visa sponsorship available Continuing education reimbursement Mentorship from experienced dentists Modern technology and fully equipped operatories Experienced EFDAs and dental assistants to maximize productivity Outstanding billing support with a 98% collection rate Long-term career growth within an established 14-office dental group Clinical autonomy in a supportive, team-oriented practice What You'll Do Perform comprehensive exams and develop treatment plans Provide restorative dentistry, including crowns, bridges, and fillings Perform simple extractions Educate patients on oral health and treatment options Collaborate with specialists for implant, endodontic, and complex surgical cases Schedule Full-time Monday–Thursday with optional Fridays 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active Pennsylvania dental license or eligibility for licensure Excellent communication and patient care skills Commitment to providing high-quality dentistry New graduates are encouraged to apply.
