Our FDA‑approved manufacturing sites are located in the USA and India. Job Overview A Sales Operations Specialist serves as the primary point of contact between the company and its customers. They are responsible for delivering exceptional service, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction across various communication channels. Responsibilities Provide daily reports such as EDI, Open Order, Open Pick Ticket, and Shipment Detail, as well as weekly cut reports to the customer. Process return material authorization (RMA) requests. Process manual orders and releases based on availability. Respond to POD requests for tracking. Resolve complaints and issues with professionalism. Assist with RJW reconciliation. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or in person. Document customer interactions and updates into CRM/Salesforce. Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer needs. Identify opportunities to improve processes. Qualifications – Skills & Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in pharma customer service or a related position (preferred generic pharma). Expert in Excel and proficient in other Microsoft applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Quick learner. Multi‑tasker. Education & Minimum Experience College degree. Minimum 1 year of experience in pharma customer service or a related position.
