We are seeking a detail-oriented Export Coordinator / Freight Operations Specialist to manage international and domestic shipment operations while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing export documentation, tracking shipments, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring the timely movement of freight.

Essential Responsibilities

• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including dock receipts, bills of lading, and export declarations.
• File Shipper's Export Declarations (SEDs) and ensure compliance with applicable export regulations.
• Track and trace shipments to ensure proper movement, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate billing information to the Accounting Department.
• Communicate with clients regarding shipment status, routing, dispatching, and rate quotations.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding shipment schedules, routing, pricing, and transportation rates.
• Work closely with company branches, agents, and internal teams to ensure seamless service execution.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and support operational reporting as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in freight forwarding, logistics, transportation, export operations, or supply chain coordination preferred.
• Knowledge of export documentation, shipping procedures, and freight operations.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and transportation management systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build positive relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
