If you are a driven professional with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for maintaining strong customer relationships, we want to hear from you!What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):Credit & Risk Management: Process and evaluate credit applications, managing credit risks while maintaining incomplete files and records of delinquent accounts.Full-Cycle AR Processing: Verify, post, and reconcile all accounts receivable transactions to journals and ledgers with high accuracy.Collections & Client Relations: Solicit payments on overdue accounts using a professional, customer-focused approach (Commercial and Consumer collections).Process Improvement: Oversee the AR pipeline, identify efficiencies, and ensure the team is meeting cash flow objectives.What We Are Looking For (Requirements):Experience: 1+ years of recent, progressive Accounts Receivable experience (experience leading or managing processes is a plus).Industry Preference: Construction industry AR experience is highly preferred (lien waivers, AIA billing, etc.).Technical Skills: Fast and accurate Ten-Key by Touch data entry skills; proficiency with accounting software/ERPs.Collections Savvy: Proven experience in either Commercial (B2B) or Consumer (B2C) collections.Attributes: Ambitious, highly organized, and capable of balancing strict financial controls with excellent customer service.Why Join Us?Growth Opportunity: Be a key player in a growing company where your ambition will be rewarded with career advancement.Culture: A collaborative, customer-centric environment that values your input and expertise.Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $34.00 - $43.00 Per Hour
