Role: Oracle HCM Implementation Solution Architect

15 years as Business/Applications or System Analyst supporting Oracle Payroll and Benefits Cloud modules
Hands-on experienced oracle HCM implementation solution architect with expertise in Payroll, Absence Management, OTL and Benefits modules.
Strong Emphasis on Solution design and experience in coming up with innovative solutions for complex business problems.
Strong experience setting and configuring Oracle Payroll-and Benefits Cloud modules. Experience with VBS Personalizations and Oracle Redwood UI. End-End accountability and ownership of Payroll related modules.
Skills/Experience Understands annual business cycles and how to set up configurations.
Experience in configuring Payroll, Absence and OTL modules with a strong understanding of legislative requirements
Able to write and debug fast formulas, BIP reports, VB Personalizations, Payslip template modifications
Ability to document requirements and functional specification documentation for system enhancements and regulatory changes
Query writing and execution, data validation and analysis.
Experience writing use cases, test cases, and test scripts, configurations, reports, and inter
faces for all common SDLC test phases, including FIT/SIT, UAT, regression, performance, and DR test phases.
Experience using Jira is a plus
Experience leading functional reviews with business partners, including facilitation, problem negotiation, and mediation.
